We accept and can bill directly your Health Savings Account (HSA), Moda Health and these Oregon Health Plan (OHP) providers: CareOregon, Health Share of Oregon, Trillium Health and PacificSource.
If you do not have one of the above, we offer a $125/hour out-of-pocket rate and can provide a monthly “superbill” which you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
